AN ACT REQUIRING THE DISCLOSURE OF CHEMICALS DISBURSED IN THE AIR BY THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT AND WEATHER ENGINEERING ACTIVITIES.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to require the Department of Energy and Environmental Protection to post on its Internet web site any chemicals that are disbursed in the air by the federal government, including, but not limited to, stratospheric aerosol injections, solar radiation modification experimentations and other weather engineering activities.

Statement of Purpose:
To require the disclosure of chemical releases by the federal government.
